Refund policy

Sleep Guide Refunds:

If you are not entirely satisfied with our sleep guide, refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  1. You have trialled the guide you purchased for at least 4 weeks
  2. You have reached out for support prior to asking for a refund
  3. You purchased the guide no more than three months ago
  4. You purchased the wrong age group sleep guide

If you have followed the sleep guide as advised and are not satisfied that you have seen any improvement in your little ones sleep, a full refund will be made to your credit card (or original payment method) within 2 working days of the refund being approved. 

Consultation Refunds:

If you are not entirely satisfied with a consultation, refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  1. You have trialled the sleep advice for at least 4 weeks
  2. You have reached out for support prior to asking for a refund
  3. Your consultation was no more than 6 weeks ago
  4. You have not seen any improvements in your little ones sleep
  5. A circumstance arises which I deem suitable for a refund

Once your sleep plan has been received, no refunds will be offered.

Gift Card Refunds:

Gift cards are not able to be refunded.

 

ergoPouch Refunds and faults:

Lullaby Lola strives to provide you with products that are of the highest quality from ergoPouch. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for a store credit. Items must have original tags attached and be unworn or unused and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. To process this, an email to hello@lullabylola.com.au must be made first.

If you have purchased an incorrect size, please contact us via email at hello@lullabylola.com.au to see if we can work out an exchange. Due to only having limited stock please be aware an exchange might not always happen immediately. 

Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged. Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.

Damaged/Faulty Items: Lullaby Lola inspects all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, if merchandise is found to be defective, please contact us to discuss your options.

Please Note: discounted and sale items (including discount code sales) cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Please choose carefully.
