What is a Cocoon Swaddle Bag?

The 2.5 TOG Cocoon Swaddle Bag is a zip-up, TOG-rated swaddle designed to make safe sleep simple for new parents from birth. The multi-functional Cocoon has you covered no matter your newborn's preference for sleep; arms-in, arms-out, or hands up* *Hands-up mode possible when using in conjunction with a Butterfly Cardi, sold separately.

Inner: 95% Bamboo Viscose / 5% Elastane
Filling: 100% Organic Cotton

The Cocoon Swaddle Bag is made from and filled with Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle on sensitive and/or irritable skin. All ergoPouch fabrics are dyed with non-toxic water based dyes. The Cocoon Swaddle Bag is reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia (EAA) as a skin-friendly product.


Care

How to wash and dry your Cocoon Swaddle Bag

  • Gentle cold machine wash in mild detergent
  • Do not soak or bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Warm iron if required
  • Do not dry clean

When cared for properly, this product will last several years and can be used for more than one baby. Our TOGs don't lose their warmth ratings over time, but a gentle fluff up in the dryer on a low setting helps maintain the fibre's loft, allowing air to circulate more effectively.
