Mothers Group or Group session 

Minimum of 4 parents/mums. Max of 10.

$45 per person.

For travel outside of (Stawell, Ararat, Halls Gap) a $50 extra charge will be included. Sessions can be also done virtually.

Perfect for mothers group, baby shower, prenatal groups or just group of friends.

 Includes a 90 minute session in person or virtually where I will speak about; 

• Setting up your little ones sleep environment perfectly
• Awake windows/tired cues/sleep pressure
• Settling techniques
• An understanding of little ones sleep
• A chance for the group or individuals to ask your own specific questions

Group Bookings will also receive each a copy of our Newborn Guide or Tricks of the Trade E-book aswell complimentary.

Groups will be asked prior if they want any specific topic or area covered, if their group is facing certain issues they want covered and anything else they'd like included.

Once numbers and booking is confirmed payment will be required $35 per person.

*Payment will be required before group session. If someone is unable to make it on the day, unfortunately once payment has been made, no refund will be allowed.
