Newborn Support Call is for those who have newborns in the fourth trimester (under 4 months).

This call is designed for you to pick my brain, ask any questions, gain knowledge about little ones sleep and work out how to best set up your little one with great sleep foundations and habits. 

As your newborn is still so little and young I don’t like to do official plans yet as they aren't developmentally ready. You (mum) also are still recovering and don't need any extra pressure or stress during this stage. Come 4+ months we can look at sleep training and more structured plans, but for now it’s a very gentle touch. 

I will also email you some points discussed after our phone call and any tips and suggestions I have for you. 
How it works:

After purchase I will email you and ask for a time and day that suits you to do our phone call. Phone call is for 45 minutes- 1 hour max.
