A Phone Consultation includes an Intake form being sent to help develop your personalised plan.
The intake asks you about your little one, your current sleep challenges, your sleep goals, parenting preference and so much more. Once I receive your answers I will put together your plan. (Please allow 4 business days for this) Once I email your plan we will organise a time for a phone call. During our phone appointment we will talk through the plan to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with it. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any burning questions you may have.  We then will start our one week of messaging support on WhatsApp within 48 hours after this call. 

How it works:
After purchase I will email you a questionnaire to ask for the details of your little one, their age and the current challenges you are facing. If you could please complete this within 72 hours that would be greatly appreciated. Please check the spam folder as sometimes my emails go there. 
After you return the questionnaire, a detailed sleep plan will be created uniquely for you. Please allow 4 business days for me to put this together.  We will then organise a time for our phone call so we can flesh out the plan together and make sure you're super confident about it. After our call our one week of messaging support will begin on whatsApp within 48 hours or the start of the following week.

*Please note your week's messaging support needs to begin within 48 hours of receiving your tailored plan unless you have made prior notification to start of a specific date. 

Validity: One week of support. Once the week begins, I will message you each day, or you can message me whenever you need during the day. If you continue to not reply will presume you no longer require my assistance and cease support. If something doesn't sit well with you or your little one gets ill during the week's support, please just let me know and we can work out some extra support. After our week of messaging support, I do archive our chat messages to stay on top of my current clients. *If you require further assistance after the 1 week's support, it can be purchased on my website. 

* Please also note that once I send your intake form, if you wish to terminate support, I can no longer offer a refund. If you are unable to complete the intake form within 72 hours, please communicate with me so I can reschedule your one-on-one support as I allocate spots in my week for each client. I’m a mum too so I understand little ones get sick or unforeseen circumstances arise, all I ask is that you communicate that with me as soon as practical. Response time:

DISCLAIMER: Whilst Lullaby Lola cannot guarantee 100% sleep success as every baby/child has different sleep issues & requirements, I will provide appropriate suggestions & advice to help you achieve the desired outcome and regain sleep with your little one. If you have any serious concerns about your little one's sleep or your own mental health I recommend consulting your healthcare professional or doctor.
